In general, our Customer Support plans offer the following benefits:

Once a call is placed to our Help Desk to log an issue or to suggest an enhancement, either an application or technical specialist will respond to your issue. Application specialists are trained to understand the operational issues behind your questions and couple their product and industry expertise to help you apply Foresight solutions directly to your unique station. Technical specialists respond to more technical questions, such as questions about installation procedures, upgrades, networking/operating systems and database issues.  We also maintain an extensive Download Library of product and service materials available for on-demand download.

Most of our customers gain access to these benefits via an Annual Maintenance and Support Plan (AMSP).  This support contract can be tailored to your individual needs (see our Support Table for details), and can be purchased either directly through Foresight, or through one of our Business Partner organizations.
