Mission Statement

Foresight Software’s mission is to deliver high-quality, affordable business management software and services to our customers, to maintain professional and ethical relationships within our business community, and to provide an environment in which our employees can develop professionally and personally.

 Ethical Principles

• We will be honest with our customers, vendors, partners and employees at all times.  We believe that honesty in these relationships, even in the face of unpleasant truths, is more beneficial to our relationships and long-term success than trying to repair a loss of confidence.
• In every business transaction, we will provide value for value.  We will not conduct or condone practices which favor ourselves at the expense, or to the detriment, of our customers, partners, vendors or employees.
• In the event we make a mistake, we will admit it, and fix it.
• We recognize that courtesy and politeness are the “grease in the gears” of interpersonal and business relationships.  We will strive to maintain a courteous attitude and engage in polite, professional behavior at all times.
• If a customer, partner, vendor or employee is less than satisfied with a transaction or decision, he or she has the right to escalate the issue to a higher level of management.

 Goals for 2006

• Complete the "revitalization" of the MXP product by:
  • continued internal development of features/functions;
  • judiciously adding externally developed software products;
  • improving product awareness in customer base and with BPs;
  • growing internal staff and external knowledge resources;
  • improving our relationships with our existing customer base; and
  • improving our relationships with our channel partners
• Manage our costs and profitability so as to meet our financial obligations to our parent, our vendors and our partners in a timely and responsible manner.
• Continue the development of our working environment so that our employees can grow professionally while maintaining vibrant social and family relationships.
