Over the course of many years of systems implementations, one of the things we notice most is that most customers do not have formal procedures for managing the change that is represented by a the introduction of a new system.  In order to alleviate this pain, we developed several tools and processes to assist in managing these changes, and quite frankly took several good ideas from our wide-ranging customer base.

We recently decided to formalize these processes, procedures and tools and thus began the development of our new RAAPID change management application.  RAAPID stands for "Risks, Assumptions, Activities, Projects, Issues and Decisions" and our application is designed to assist you in managing and tracking these elements in a changing business environment.  Whether you are implementing a new system such as MXP, upgrading an existing system, or simply trying to manage changes to your business activities or processes, RAAPID is a tool that can provide the controls needed to make these changes as seamless, and as painless, as possible.
