As noted elsewhere, the final price you will pay for a new ERP system is a complex calculation, involving many variables that can change from day to day. Not the least of these is "how hungry is this vendor for my business?" For this reason you will seldom find published pricing for enterprise-level systems without extended discussions and negotiations with a systems vendor. While this is true for Foresight as well, we do believe that you should have some idea as to the costs you may incur for a project of this scope.
The MXP system is priced by application suite and by the number of Client Access Licenses (CALs). Each CAL allows a single simultaneous connection to the system, so you can equate this, roughly, to your projected number of users.
The following are our LIST prices effective October 1st, 2009:
|

| 1 - 10 | 11 - 50 | 51+ | |

(1) Spreadsheet Server is priced per ACTIVE user, with ACTIVE being defined as a user who will access live data via the server macros. Spreadsheets developed by active users may be published to non-active users (no update or drill down capability) in simple Excel formats with no additional licensing fees.
(2) ErpXtend is sold and supported directly by BravePoint. Pricing normally occurs in two "tiers" dependent on the project number of simultaneous accesses, and includes implementation services provided by BravePoint staff. In general, an ErpXtend implementation will cost somewhere between $30,000 and $60,000 but these numbers are NOT firm.
Implementation costs are probably the largest variable in your budgeting for a new system. Factors involved will include the current system(s) in place, your level of sophistication in ERP systems usage as well as your internal IT staff knowledge and expertise, how much you elect to spend on internal versus external resource for installation and knowledge transfer, etc. In general, you should expect to spend a minimum of 2 times the license fees for implementation services. Should you elect to implement a Foresight solution, we will work with you closely to develop an implementation budget, detailing exactly what services we are to perform, and exactly what our rates will be to perform those services.
