At Foresight, we take great pride in our status as "the smallest big software company in the world". As the owner of Foresight, I have the honor and privilege of working with some of the finest and most hard-working staff one can find in the industry, as well as with a loyal customer base that constantly challenges us to make the best software products possible. I started with the Foresight organization in 1996 as a software developer. At that time, Foresight had just spun off as a separate entity from Marcam, and we have certainly gone through some changes since then. From Black Tuesday (when our then-owner, a private equity firm, cut staff by 70% in 2 hours), through the "educational" partnership with Datasul, through the truly exciting day in May of 2006 when I signed the papers acquiring Foresight, it has definitely been, as we used to say, an "E-ticket ride". Now, as we appear to be coming out of the economic downturn, I envision a truly bright future for the company and for our customers. We are solidly placed to enable our customers to take advantage of opening markets, and we are ready to engage with you in a long and mutually profitable partnership. Please don't hesitate to contact me, or any of my staff, if you have questions or comments about our software or about our company. We are extremely proud of both.
